Chief of Staff to The CEO

About the role
This is a senior execution role for a commercially minded operator who can turn strategy into measurable business outcomes. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and founders to coordinate priorities across commercial, finance, operations, people and technology, while helping the company scale with stronger management discipline and clearer accountability. 1. Translate company strategy into clear annual, quarterly and monthly priorities, owners, milestones and measurable outcomes. 2. Drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, HR, Business Support and Technology. 3. Lead management performance reviews and maintain an executive dashboard covering revenue, profitability, collections, cash, inventory, strategic projects and organisational priorities. 4. Prepare decision papers and analysis for major investments, partnerships, market-entry opportunities and strategic initiatives. 5. Support the CEO on major commercial opportunities, strategic accounts, partnerships and growth initiatives. 6. Help build a practical AI adoption roadmap across forecasting, reporting, CRM, customer intelligence, procurement, HR and executive decision-making. 7. Improve management meeting effectiveness by ensuring decisions translate into actions, deadlines and follow-through. 8. Coordinate annual planning, strategy sessions and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Requirements
1. 10-15+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business transformation, management consulting, corporate development, CEO office, commercial leadership or a similar environment. 2. Strong financial and commercial literacy, with the ability to challenge assumptions and connect strategy to economics. 3. Demonstrated experience working directly with founders, CEOs or senior leadership teams. 4. Excellent programme management, analytical thinking, communication and stakeholder-management capability. 5. Comfortable operating across multiple functions and moving between strategy, analysis and hands-on execution. 6. Practical understanding of AI-enabled business transformation and a bias toward measurable productivity gains. 7. Experience in building systems, construction, distribution, industrial products, property or related sectors is advantageous but not essential.
